It was a nice cruise. I wish we could’ve experienced the roof being opened.

Embarkation

We were scheduled to check in for 11:00 to 11:30. However the process was very fast and we were sitting on Lido by 11:30. Best embarkation I’ve had yet.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

I understand the theme is Italian however it was a little too much for food options. Also, pasta overload. Other things should be more Italian themed than food such as activities, shows, etc. There were none Italian based.

Onboard Activities

There were multiple things to do and being that this is a big ship with a total of 4,701 passengers and 1,500 crew the ship didn’t seem over crowded. With that said there was always something to do for both young and old.

Service and Staff

There are still new things I feel that the staff is still learning however they are all friendly and I appreciate that.

I love the ship. It feels as if you’re in a fancy hotel. However during the whole cruise the roof was closed as many guests were looking forward to seeing it opened. There was always someone cleaning so this ship was not dirty.

Did the electric bike excursion and we were in a tende within 10 mins of being at the meeting area. The excursion included food.

Disembarkation

We did the digital debarkation and it was a very smooth process. I recommend to go into the HUB app as soon as it’s available and select this process.
