There are many excursion choices so there is something for everyone. The Turtle farm in Grand Caymen was fun for the family.

You're not going to find a better set of ports to visit in one trip. The problem is that there are three days at sea, and the activities are severely lacking. The food is also not very good, except breakfast. Overall, this trip is not worth the extra $1500 you'd pay for a few different ports!

Really felt that onboard, they tried to make you pay outrageous prices for everything! Photos were $22 a piece with no discounts if you purchased more. Absolutely ridiculous. We purchased the cheers package but they treated you poorly if you didn't tip although there was a 15% grat already applied.

We did the steak house one of the formal nights and the food was terrible. We regretted paying the extra for the exact same food that we could get in the main dining room. :(

Buy the Fast to the Fun package ($49) per cabin. It gets you to the ship quicker, gets your luggage much faster and other perks. It sells out really fast so purchase this the same day you book your cruise!

I would say go with an open and relaxed attitude...its like anything if you look for the negatives you will find thm...it is an older ship, but the ports and the service make up for the fact its not a new ship...The comedy acts are very funny, but not if you are sensative...its for adults!!!

Professional staff. Felt welcoming from the time we made it on the ship. The crew was helpful and courteous at every turn. Enjoyed the drinking programs available. The casino was well run. The dealers were very polite, even though I was losing my shirt on most days. Overall time was great

We heard about the Chefs Table when we were going to the ship from other passengers. We loved this and would recommend it to anyone. It was definitely worth the cost.

Once thing that I head other passengers complain about was the opening times of the Buffet and or food service in the morning and also during lunch times. On the days the vessel was at seas, breakfast lines opened at 7:30 am and when vessel was in ports lunch was between 12 Noon and 2:30 PM .

We went to formal breakfast and dinner every day and it's fantastic. The eggs benedict are so delicious. Never miss out on warm chocolate melting cake either. Ask for an extra ice cream. It's well worth it.

Guy's Burger Joint was delicious. I would return to the Carnival Conquest under the right circumstances.

Do ask questions and get clean answers from Carnival what you can bring to the ship and which food and drinks are for extra charge and make sure you ask for better service if room is not what you expected. I may try Royal C cruise for our next cruise.

I am impressed by the ship's logistical activities in being able to debark, prepare for 2,000 new passengers, and be ready to depart all in an 8 hour period. It is an amazing process.
