Enjoyable experience..11 and 12 year grandchildren were very pleased and had a great time. My only problem was that after midnight, some passengers were partying in hallways and there was no way to have them settle down.

My experience this time was not good and the fact that I brought my children on there first cruise and this was the experience that they had to endure. I felt like they were trying to hold my son for $20 and she did not want to let him go. Then the food was watered down and the good food was expensive as heck. The fact we didnt have no air in the room for the whole trip and they gave us a fan for 4 people then tried to split me up with my children "to accomodate us". They didnt even try to really help. They tried to give $50 onboard credit. Then stated that is all they can do. I was at the Guest services 5 times and they didnt help at all. Then, I spoke to the young lady at 1:06 am and they slid a note under the door at 5:28 am stating that they was trying to get in contact with me and they lied. I had just left them at 1:06 am and the young lady stated that the supervisor will not be available until after 8 am. Then they put the wrong name on the letter. It was not a good experience this time at all. I will not recommend this boat to anyone ever again. Maybe not even Carnival Cruise Line because the customer service is not good and the boats is outdated. The thermostat in the room was broken and when I told them nobody tried to fix it. Speaking to others on the boat they stated that it was their first time and their rooms was too cold.

Well, well, well I had a decent time because of who I am and the person I went with. Despite the food not being to my liking and the mold we found in our bathroom. We still had a good time. I also think we should be awarded a 7 day cruise due to the mold being in our bathroom breathing it in when we took showers and just to use the bathroom. Yes we deserve a 7 day cruise on balcony to anywhere free drinks free excursion something. If you agree say GIVE IT TO HER!!!

Everyone was great, our steward Seti was great. The dinners were great. The waiters Supardi, Joel, Oka were great. Great.

This was my first cruise experience. After I calmed down, I throughly had a wonderful time.

We are very satisfied, excellent service, clean and excellent foods, and staffs are very friendly.

Overall we enjoyed this cruise. This particular ship is on the smaller side and did not have a lot of activities, but that makes sense for a four day cruise. We will go on a cruise again, but we will be more attentive to what ship we chose in the future.

Our cruise was really fun and relaxing. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Carnival does an outstanding job making sure the guests are having a great time. The entire staff and crew are top notch! We can't wait to go on another Carnival cruise.

Disappointed with the room and I was hurt by the bathroom door.

For my first cruise, it was great. Food could have been better. Stephan, guitarist Ed, and musical groups were great. Would love more shows.

Great cruise. Not sure if we will try Carnival again though due to the smell of sewage, uncomfortable bed, & average food.

Great cruise trip in general and we enjoyed. Great staffs onboard, and great services.

Overall it was a great trip. Ideally would like to see the trip flipped- day at sea, Cozumel, Key West, and then back at port so that you have more time in Key West.

I feel like I should get a refund. The entire cruising experience was disappointing. I strongly advise not to get sick outside of the hours of 12p to 6p, the hours of the infirmary. They don't appreciate having to give medical attention outside of those times.

Enjoyed this ship's entertainment. The parties were the best part of the cruise. No one should have to endure smelling sewage during the entirety of a paid vacation.

I really enjoyed my time on the ship despite the rainy weather. I just wished I had more time on the island, but I will make sure I will choose a longer voyage to get the full experience.
