Review summary

With the price of the suites, I would expect better service From the steward, I would also expect the Bed to be more comfortable. We were lied to and told that there was a mattress topper put on our bed when there was not all due to the laziness of that one staff member.

Food and Dining

The food was amazing my compliments to the chef and the whole staff who runs the restaurants and kitchen. We did the chefs table and that by far was the best experience we had. We will definitely do it again.

Service and Staff

We had Rodell as our steward. He Was probably the lowest point of our cruise. Told us that we needed to call room service for ice on the day of our NASA trip told us there was a mattress topper on the bed, which there was not. So the bed was very uncomfortable with the divide he asked us what time would be a good time to do our room and was never there anywhere remotely close to the time so we were always having to leave . Most disappointing was the lack of towel animals that everybody looks forward to. He also didn’t remove dishware or

The bed was severely uncomfortable due to the fact that there was no mattress topper put on bed. The rest of the downfall of this cabin fell on the steward that we had.

Room stewards work harder than you probably ever have in your life. Next time take a different vaca and hire someone to bring with you so they can wipe your a for you.

Room stewards work very hard! Had a lovely conversation with ours last cruise and he was responsible for 30 cabins per day and then would help any teammates that were behind. Staterooms are usually ready by 1:30pm. on embarkation day. Sorry you were disappointed with your cruise and services received.

Room stewards do not take care of the dishes you left in your cabin. These are handled by room service and need to be put outside your room, preferably with a napkin covering it. The time is not exact, just morning or evening. Maybe you need a 5 star hotel vacation, I've stayed in suites, but I don't expect different service, just a larger room.
