Get ready to be nickeled and dimed for everything, the drink package doesn’t cover all drinks. The internet is unreliable and doesn’t work half the time
Sounds like cruising is not for you. I have been on several cruises and have never had an issue communicating with crew and staff. They all go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a good time. Whatever your next vacation is always remember. A good attitude and smile can go along way.
I think you didn’t do your research. Probably best that you stick to land based vacations as cruising is definitely not suited for your personality. Best wishes on your next vacation.
Did you speak to Guest Services about your internet? As for the drink packages, it clearly states what is included and what is not. Maybe research before booking again.
