Review summary

Overall we had an excellent time on this ship. We would definitely recommend it for an affordable couples getaway.

Embarkation

There was not clear indication as to where our muster station was and we didn't hear the announcement to go. We ended up having drink service suspended and had to stand in guest services line for nearly an hour before we could actually enjoy our embarkation.

The quality of the food was great. We ate at the Renoir dining room two nights, the buffet each morning for breakfast, tried the steakhouse Saturday night, and had tacos and a burger. Everything was lovely. We also have the drink package which was far worth it.

Compared to other ports I've been to I felt like the prices of everything were intentionally high to target the tourists. We also rented a scooter for the day from a gentleman in the street and ended up having it 2 hours before it got towed away and we had to go talk to the police about what happened. They said they would call the tow driver and he was there within 30 seconds which tells me they were all in cahoots trying to get money from us for everything. It took time away from enjoying the island. It is a beautiful destination however and wish it were otherwise.
