Review summary
This was my third cruise with Carnival. Pretty much the same experience as the rest. The kids had a blast with the Club O2 (15-17 year olds) They made many friends and will have lifetime memories. There was a good mixture of people of all ages on this cruise and most people were friendly. We stayed in an oceanview cabin on the main deck and it was great. Very roomy and enough closet space for 3 people. The ship was extremely clean and the staff worked hard to keep it that way. My only complaint is the food. In the dining room, our food was almost always cold to warm and we very rarely received our dinner hot. The assistant waiters had no clue what was going on and by the look on their faces, they were frustrated. Even when it came time for their nightly dancing, only a few of the staff knew the routine.
Guys burger joint had great burgers for lunch but expect a highly saturated in butter burger and bun! I could not figure out why they needed to add all that extra butter!
The friendliest bar service was in the casino. They truly enjoyed their job and remembered each guest by name.
Stay far away from the bingo.. Prices are $20 for 3 cards, $30 for 6 cards and $40 for 9 cards. The payouts are very low... The last night they had this $5,000 bingo which was packed. The payouts were about $150 game 1, $200 game 2, $276 game 3 and the last game had a guaranteed payout of $2,000 if someone hit bingo to cover their board in 49 numbers or less... which is highly unlikely. The person who won the last game did so in over 60 numbers and only won $750!
The Hasbro Game was really fun to watch and the other entertainment was good as well.
Comedy club has PG shows and R rated shows. The comedians were funny and they put on good shows. Make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes early or you won't have a seat.
If your looking for the adult pool, it's on deck 9 in the back of the ship. There is also a deck on the right side with couches and it's were the adults hang out!

Ship tip
Buy the Fast to the Fun package ($49) per cabin. It gets you to the ship quicker, gets your luggage much faster and other perks. It sells out really fast so purchase this the same day you book your cruise!
