It’s mostly older people and not the vibe for young people.

Book the Shore Excursions, the price difference is not that much. Also, the peace of mind that you don’t need to be checking your watch every time is absolutely worth it. Look for Jonel, the Shore Excursion Manager, he and his team will do everything for you to have the best vacation ever.

Ship was well kept and had amenities

You will need to confirm dinner seating when you board the ship, go to dining room and speak to manager, also ask to sit at same table, if you like this way to dine.

Deck 15 is a great location for access to Horizon buffet and aft deck on deck 16 and fitness on 17. All 3 dining rooms are down on deck 6.

The ship is beautiful with a beautiful arquitecture. I loved it.

Make your Reservations for the Crown Grill early or you might be disappointed ——ask for a print out of the ship layout the medallion app is still having issues and the ship is so large that you might add a few extra steps trying to find your locations—— for Elite customers Princess no longer allows you to swap out your bar setup for a coffee card…you must buy your coffee drinks individually or pay for a package ranging from $40pp/day- $75pp/day——also double check that you have all you need…there are ample shops selling Princess Logo items and Luxury items…but only one small shop that mainly sells cigarettes and alcohol with a very small portion selling some items you might need with a shockingly high markup…so double check or plan a vacation excursion to Walmart

Don’t expect the standards Princess use to have.

Pack lighter than you think you should. Arrive at port early.

Avoid reserving or attending the Dining Rooms when they first open (usually at 5 PM). There was usually a large crowd when the doors first open, and each group had to check in and be escorted to their table. After 5:30 PM, there were very short or no lines.

Watch your charges carefully. My roommate had daily charges added to her bill and had to reach out to them to be removed. I purchased the "Royal Princess " package for drinks, prepaid crew appreciation, internet, and more. I also was being charged daily for crew appreciation even though I already paid it in advance. I had to ask for internet as they didn't show I purchased the package. When in fact I bought it online and paid more for the pkg than what was advertised. I paid $79 per day vs the $60 as advertised... still haven't figured that out. Then they had no record of the payment. The Guest Service Manager had to do some digging but he did find it. He/ Jeremy was FANTASTIC!! HE went above and beyond!! He made me change my negative attitude. Great job Jeremy. Also ask for a print out of charges before leaving. They said they would email it... 4 days later no copy or email. 😞 Pack some WARM clothes. It's freezing cold alllll the way to Hawaii. Who knew!?!?!

on this cruise, you can definitely feel the rocking as you are going across the pacific. recommend being mid ship and low as it's a pretty strong feeling most of the trip.

Alot of water time with minimum activities. No shows at all, very disappointed. Deal or no Deal, Comedian, really!! more thought on the Theater shows.

Don't bother with the calzone at Alfredo's ... stick with the pizza, which is great.

You do have to register the kids for port days. You have an assigned main dining hall based on your cabin.
