Review summary

The only issues we had were with dinner reservations in the main dining hall. But we were able to get in without one. The wifi was mediocre at best. And room service was not reliable at all. We received 7/12 orders. . With that in mind we also had a full ship of guests 3,500 people. So i could imagine the staff was a bit overwhelmed. Nothing turned our trip sour. It was great overall.

Embarkation

Super fast and easy we did all of our pre check in online. So we got to skip a lot of the lines

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Getting a reservation at the main dining hall was impossible but we did get to go wo reservations a few times

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
There was never nothing to do.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Plenty of things to do and choose from. Had us running all over the shop on an adventure.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Kids staff was amazing! My 5yo begged to be there constantly and cried when we had to pick her up for lunch/dinner. They are open till 10 which was great and she got all sorts of souviners. Only complaint she had was during movie time she wished she was allowed to play on the playground.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
No problems Whatsoever

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Amazing how clean they keep that ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was perfect for a family of 3. We had more than enough storage space and I especially appreciated the full tub/shower.

Ship tip

You do have to register the kids for port days. You have an assigned main dining hall based on your cabin.

Good to read a review where someone points out that even though there can be issues coming up that can be annoying to deal with , but they dont let it ruin cruise. So many people post on this app with all there petty complaints and say they won't cruise with them again or it was the worst cruise ever. On a 7 night cruise with over 3000 people, something will go wrong and some people use that as an excuse to let it ruin the cruise. I enjoy cruising and I will never let those little issues be the determining factor on whether it was a good cruise or not
