Staff is very nice but dealing with a company that is making too many cuts to food, entertainment and charging more for it.

The itinerary was great, exceptional. But the Norwegian Sun was a very bad experience. The specialty restos were good. All the activities were poorly organised, had to wait for very long in the stairs to get to the tenders. Crowd management, and security, were deficient. Never seen this before. I do not recommend

We enjoyed the relaxation and will continue to use for our cruise vacation needs.

A cruise of a lifetime! As a recent survivor of pancreatic cancer I was so appreciative of the crew on the Sun, the top quality of the excursions, and the magnificence of Alaska.

See individual comments. It was a great family trip, but BCL could make it better.

I enjoyed cruising Alaska, but would choose a cruise line that docks IN port and stops in the ports longer.

Alaska is beautiful but the Norwegian Sun is a terrible ship with very low quality food and entertainment. The ship is old but very clean. We have been cruising for over 40 years with 7 different cruise lines, 3 times with Norwegian and this is by far the worst ship we have ever been on. My best advice is to NEVER cruise on the Norwegian Sun.

Was an okay cruise, next time will be on different cruise line.

Enjoyed the Alaska cruise very much. Was there in 2007, much has changed at the ports, some good, some not so good. Amazed at how much the glaciers have receded

Great job. The staff was happy and cheerful. They were always helpful. The food was very very good. I liked all the trivia games and karioke.

we have sailed Norwegian before and had a great cruise but this was a total mess and not fun. the leadership on the ship needs replaced and the port times need to be adjusted to what the port has to offer. the first two stops were way too long because there was nothing in port to do unless you paid a small fortune for an excursion. the buffet was horrible and the sports bar did not serve food until 10 pm at night. the main dinning rooms were ok and usually had plenty of seating.

This was a great chance for relaxation, disconnect from the world and just hang out with my spouse while seeing some amazing sights. Very beautiful. All in All a great vacation and we really like the all included pricing.

Seeing the panama canal was great and very interesting. That is what we wanted to see. The excursions we book not so good. We may look else where when looking for excursions. Do not book a cruise on the SUN.

First time cruisers, start with Norwegian, so you won't be disappointed. We are spoiled by Royal Caribbean. Price is very good.

In the future, the next time I shop for a cruise I will consider the ship to be equally as important as the itinerary.

Of all the cruises that we have done, this was by far the absolute worst experience we have ever had. Our friends booked with us, and they had never cruised before. They were very disappointed in their first cruising experience. I am so embarrassed and ashamed for Norwegian Cruise Lines!!!

The ship was freezing cold. Many people were wearing jackets The food was not very good and it was same every day. There were not many shows or things to do like on every other ship I have been on. No DJ on the upper deck and no dance club or area. Had lots of boring trivia. Had one deck with 5 hot tubs and 2 pools and they were filled with children. No adults could get in the hot tubs. All other cruise lines are better and offer more things to do on the boat and better food.

Overall, very disappointed in this ship and overall vacation. I have always been true to Norwegian but going forward that might change.

Overall, it was just okay. The ship had issues with sewage, amount of service staff at the bars, and a slight lack of onboard activities, particularly for the cost of some activities.
