Review summary

Alaska is beautiful but the Norwegian Sun is a terrible ship with very low quality food and entertainment. The ship is old but very clean. We have been cruising for over 40 years with 7 different cruise lines, 3 times with Norwegian and this is by far the worst ship we have ever been on. My best advice is to NEVER cruise on the Norwegian Sun.

Terrible food, we've taken over 30 cruises with 3 on Norwegian and this is the absolute worst food, even Golden Coral is better.

Very few activities, most were simply trying to sell you something. How foolish is "guess the weight of a statue"?

My first ever cruise was the Sun and it was an Alaska cruise. Of course that was in 2015. Sorry that you were disappointed in this ship.
