Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Thought layout of ship was a little different; strange to have to walk through buffet area to get to the pool area. Glad we were not located in the front of the ship. Theater, sports bar, main dining room all in the rear of ship and very convenient to our room.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Don't think this "family" stateroom was any bigger than a regular stateroom.
The sofa made into a bed but it was as hard as a board!!!
Ship tip
There are no "extra" amenities---like lotion, robes, WATER!!! you have to pay for a bottle of water unless you bring your own container and then can have it filled at the restaurant. No real rules for using hand sanitizer or washing hands before going into buffet or restaurant. It was there but no one inforced it being used.
Ship got into port late by 2 hrs? our excursion to Butchert Gardens was cancelled but no one notified us until we were standing in line to get off ship.
Too late to make other arrangements. Not handled well at all!
Unless you have a higher loyalty level, none of the cruuse lines give free water in cabins unless you are on a luxury cruuse ship. You made to big of point about no water, which is available in buffet area of ship or in all bars, it's not like it's hard to obtain. On my 40 cruises, I have enjoyed all of them and there was always an issue to deal with, cause there is always something that go wrong, but those little petty issues we shouldn't let them ruin the cruise.
