The hotel staff does an excellent job. There was a breakout of the cruiseing crud that the ship recognized and made every attempt to control.

Worried about cleanliness? No need, there are stewards outside every food area and restaurant, as well as returning on the ship on port days spraying your hands with purell. I've never felt so clean :)

Always get a balcony for a room, it is well worth the extra cost.

Try the watermelon salad in Summer Palace at lunch. Delicious!

food was good everywhere I went ,,, stay away from the aft bar if you want a drink, service was awful. Go to the shows well worth the price of admission.....

Be prepared to stand in lines and dealing with lots of people. I am sure they have been doing this for a long time and are doing the best they can, but do I think there is room for improvement???? Definitely.

We had the Ultimate beverage package, which I would recommend but you had to sign for every single drink with individual room cards.

The Indian food on the ship was excellent. Norwegian should consider having a Dosa station (similar to the crepe or omlete station) in the Garden Cafe.

If you have special dietary needs, just pre order your food 24 hours in advance and they will get it right! I loved the food.

The strawberry short cake in O'Shannon is the best dessert on the whole trip. Our favorite restaurants where O'Shannon and IN.

Garden Café is amazing. All freestyle dining venues offer great choices. We were a party of two and we carried 20 liters of water for 8 days, that was perfect as buying water on the cruise is expensive. Also Norwegian has no limit on the quantity of water to be carried.
