This is a great short cruise. A quick break for reality. The beach time was perfect and the visit to Nassau was fun with typical shopping and food right at the port. NCL messed up some of the free items that were supposed to be included and it took time to get it sorted out when we boarded, something they need to work on. The rest of the cruise was perfect.

Great vacation despite some hiccups that I have not experienced previously with NCL

Customer service HAS to be looked at on this ship - it is truly lacking at the customer service desk. Our luggage was broken and they did the bare minimum to try to help (only after visiting the desk 3 times daily to get answers). An excursion level should NOT be changed after purchasing one, and it should definitely be appropriately SAFE AND SECURE as NCL states it will be. The excursion to Virgin Gorda/Baths was very unsafe and nothing was completed to our satisfaction.

I booked the Norwegian Pearl for my birthday celebration for 9 days in the Caribbean. Dec 9th to Dec 18th. We never got to the Grand Stirrup Cay, Bahamas we paid Port fees for that stop even though Norwegian didn't because we never stopped. I have called and tried to speak with guest services told to speak with customer service who can't help you ask for a supervisor got Eva placed on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on. Called back got supervisor Jesse he gave me information to file a complaint, but there is nowhere to file a complaint. So it brings me here. They take your money as color blind, but treat you differently when you arrive. African American treated like they weren't on the ship. They damaged my sister's luggage actually broke the wheel of and duct taped it back together with the wheel and that's all we can do. I'm very disappointed. Carnival would never. I want my money back for a trip that was not fulfilled completely. Selina Green

Live entertainment was average at best compared to past cruises

WE SELECTED THE ROUTE FOR THE 11 DAY CRUISE. WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ENTERTAINMENT, OR LACK THERE OF. THE CANCELATION OF THE LAST PORT IS AN ONGOING ISSUE. IF WE HAD KNOWN THIS WE WOULD HAVE SELECTED A DIFFERENT ROUTE. MAKING 4 DAYS AT SEA. NOT ACCEPTABLE. ENJOYED MAJORITY OF THE PORTS.

We enjoyed this itinerary, and would have loved to have had an extra hour to peruse the port on the really short days. The ship is missing some of the outdoor spaces of the newer NCL ships, but has far fewer passengers and only rarely felt overcrowded, except at the pool. We struggled to find engaging things to do on board that didn't cost extra to participate. However, that allowed me time to read 3 books over the course of the cruise.

The Pearl was a great ship. Clean and the layout was good. Lots of food options. Unlimited wifi worked great but the NCL app did not. We loved the itinerary and would like to go back again. The crowd was mostly 50+ so pretty low key.

Honestly, the worst cruise I've ever been on. Bad weather prevented us from leaving Boston, therefore we missed the two best ports of call. The Pearl is subpar and needs an overhaul. To top it off, on the way home, I got sick and now have COVID. What a horrible week!

The cruise was wonderful. We had a great time on and off the ship. I will travel again with NCL. Hate hurricane Lee messed up some ports…But the captain of the ship kept us all safe!!

This was a mediocre cruise ship and experience, the ports of call were lovely and we had a nice time in ports, the ships food left much to be desired, cold food mostly, never to the right temp and lacked flavor. The crew serving doesn't understand the speciality food nor how to serve it, we are foodies, my spouse a chef so we have higher expectations then most but this is not decent food .

While it was good to get away, we felt the price we paid was not equivalent to the overall experience....a disappointment in Norwegian to be certain.

We enjoyed the port excursions booked privately, the food at the upscale restaurants was so so. The Garden Cafe on the Pearl was our go to for the healthy selections. You have to stand for two hours to get on in Boston, an hour to return.

Overall it was a relaxing trip. I was hoping the Pearl layout would be different compared to the other ship like Dawn. The disembarkations on PEI and Bar Harbor was horrible!

I would recommend this cruise as it explores areas of our beautiful United States that are untouched and breathtaking.

This was not a great cruise, due to poor organization on board the ship. However, even the worst cruises I have been on are pleasant. This one rates pretty low, but was still enjoyable. Nice crew, nice ship, decent food. If you do your research, you cAn do better, if you don’t, and you can live with lines, you will still enjoy this ship.

For a first cruise it was very enjoyable. I would have liked if some of the "night time" activities were also offered during early evening hours. I would have loved to join some of the dancing but I'm more of an early riser now. Also would have liked if there could have been some sort of prepaid card for the arcade instead of just the option of purchasing the 'package'. But overall, was a good experience. I think the staff is what made it so enjoyable on board!

We cruised to celebrate my 60th birthday and our 35th wedding anniversary. We had a great time and made wonderful memories! We can't wait to cruise again!!

Boston to Bermuda is a perfect first sail or returning sail. Waters off the Carolina's might be a little rolly for some at times, but very manageable. Love the 1 Day at sea, both to Bermuda and Back to the US from Bermuda. Adding Bar Harbor as a Port was/is Brilliant! Immigration comes to the ship in Bar Harbor, which makes the disembark process in Boston so much more streamlined

This cruise was so much fun! There is so much to do on the ship, and Bermuda is absolutely amazing. It is very expensive to stay/eat in Bermuda, so going on a cruise is the best way to do it so you can eat on the ship but still explore the beautiful island every day.
