WE SELECTED THE ROUTE FOR THE 11 DAY CRUISE. WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ENTERTAINMENT, OR LACK THERE OF. THE CANCELATION OF THE LAST PORT IS AN ONGOING ISSUE. IF WE HAD KNOWN THIS WE WOULD HAVE SELECTED A DIFFERENT ROUTE. MAKING 4 DAYS AT SEA. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO SELECT A TIME FOR EMBARKATION, BUT YOU ARE PLACED IN A CATTLE CALL TO WAIT TO CHECKIN. WHY SELECT A TIME IF IT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE TIMESLOT. TOOK AN HOUR TO CHECK IN.

THE FOOD WAS LACKLUSTER. THE MOJITO BAR WAS NEVER OPEN. THE STAFF AT MOST OF THE RESTAURANTS WERE KNOWLEDGABLE, BUT HAD TO BE REMINDED OF PENDING FOOD TO BE SERVED. THE DRINKS WERE OK.

THE ONLY GREAT PART OF THE ONBOARD ACTIVITIES WAS THE THERMAL SPA, WHICH YOU PAYED ADDITIIONAL $$$. THE ORIGAMI WAS FUN, THE TRIVIA WAS FUN. NOT A LOT OF OTHER ACTIVITIES TO DO UNLESS YOU SAT DOWN AND LISTEN TO OTHERS.

HARDLY ANY STAGE SHOWS. THE SAME MUSICIAN PERFORMED EVERYDAY IN THE ATRIUM. VERY DISSAPOINTED ON ANY ENTERTAINMENT OF THE CRUISE. THE ENTERTAINMENT STAFF. "Z" WAS THE ONLY HIGHLIGHT OF THE CRUISE.

OUR ROOM STEWART ENRIQUE WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TRIP. HE PROVIDED EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL, ALWAYS GREETED US BY NAME AND HAD A SMILE THAT SHINED. OTHER DID ACKNOWLEDGE YOU WITH GREETINGS.

THEY HAVE A BEAUTIFUL COLLECTION OF JEWELRY. I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING WITH THEM SINCE 1997.
THE CRUISELINE CANCELED THIS PORT DUE TO ROUGH WATERS. IT APPEARS TO BE ON ONGOING ISSUE WITH THIS PORT. NCL SHOULD CHANGE THE ROUTE SINCE THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE. VERY DISSAPOINTING. NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THE PORT.
There are people out there who aren't happy unless they are complaining about something. Things will go wrong on a cruise, and sitting there pouting about it doesn't fix anything. Just enjoy your cruise, but looking back on other reviews, it seems that's all you do is complain.
btw.... go back to your contract. you agreed to no compensation for missed ports or changed ports. all cruise lines have this. the most you'll get is refunded is port fees
HOLY CAPS LOCK BATMAN!! QUIT YELLING!! your time you picked for embarkation was your CHECK IN time, not for boarding the ship... why can't people get this through their heads? you missed a port due to weather and safety.... YOUR safety. it stinks, but captain knows best
