The Beatles show was great. We could not make dinner reservations on line before the cruise or during the first hour on the ship (no availability). The pool was always too crowded to use. The staff seemed overworked compared to what we have been used to seeing.

We cruise due to the kids. They still missing the fact that they are always charging for everything and they do not cater for all crowds. The bingo terrible, they collected $10,000 and distributed less than $1,500 (this activity is for fun and the price shall be good to attract people) it feels rigged (same for Deal or Not Deal and other activities). Why not having 100 arcades after the unlimited card is $175 (only 20, some damaged, and old). Where is Galaga, PacMan, the classics? Pinball? THey shall have in every cortner. The Food was good, the room great, the music fine.. it was ok. Saddly, this is about eating and drinking. THe gokarts, great, the lasertag excellent, the minigolf bad (just something for little kids to play disorganized, casino... what is the problem with having $10 blackjack, min. $15 across all tables (they rather see empty tables than packed), More sports channels on TV would help. The cruise excursion, too short, Belize island nothing is included (just the pool the beach and the chairs), best of the best was Roatan a company outside the cruise that we tour with Felix Bodden (the best).

I have been on many cruises, with several different lines. This cruise was just a big disappointment.

Very misleading. Was delayed at the port in Miami, on the ship room wasnt ready so they sent us to the buffet. Got to the room a/c wasnt working well and toilets were not flushing, can watch tv in our room unless we pay for movies, balcony was nice and clean. Entertainment was cancelled, our port times changed and one port was cancelled. Could only do 2 out of 5 excursions we paid for. Excursion did not include transportation to the destination. If you are not traveling w/ kids id recommend taking an adults only cruise. Couldn’t use the pool bc of all the kids, can pay to to go the adults only pool. You will port at beaches but have to pay for an umbrella to keep you from burning, spent way to much money to find out, we have to pay for so much more after we get there.

A good trip overall. NCL has some opportunities on embarkation and disembarkation.

This is my second NCL cruise, with the last one being in 2015. I don't see myself sailing on NCL again, and I feel NCL is looking for more money and not delivering the service for the price.

The food and staff were great. There were a lot of sea days given that it was a 14 day cruise. I would have preferred stopping at more ports instead of having so many sea days.

Very crowded and pool areas were very small. The ship layout has a lot of wasted space for this type cruise with an older crowd. The staff was great.

Forgetting the first day and last day, the over-all cruise was very nice.

Overall it was a fantastic cruise! We enjoyed our trip. Wish we could hear over the loudspeaker better, never understood anything, would of been better if the announcements were made and also been seen on the app. Disembarking was confusing and a mess and Ensenada was a waste of a stop.

Overall a nice cruise. The entertainment wherever you went was very good. We enjoyed the specialty bars also. You can always find a nice space to sit, relax, and visit. Watching whales and dolphins from our balcony was amazing!

Waiters at the Taste/Savor were very lacking; not attentive. It took them almost 2 hours for us to get to dinner. Entrees took about 45 minutes, drinks about 30 min, dessert was ice cream and was served melted. Housekeeping usually didn't get to our room until about 6 pm, we had our room cleaned only ONCE, cause we could come back to get some rest.

We had a wonderful time and will cruise Norwegian again.

Nice cruise, but the weather wasn’t great, in the 50s most of the time. But Norwegian didn’t have control of that. But a very nice ship

We had a great time with our friends and that is what made the cruise enjoyable. The larger stateroom is nice but it doesn't make up for the smaller public areas. People spend most of their time outside their room as they should. It was our first time with NCL. Not sure that we will cruise with them again.

Generally good with the worst embarkation ever. Food service good. Food quality good.

Overall a fun cruise. I liked this ship much better than the NCL Sky ship. Clean, big and lots to do. I never felt like I was over crowded with people other than the first day of boarding.

Overall an excellent experience, only the weather did not cooperate--- too cold!

While we had a good time numerous significant administrative issues plagued some of our group. One couple were denied their Free at Sea benefits, they had prepaid taxes, because they had upgraded their room. There were numerous repeated messages to all of us to complete safety survey. We personally received 7 emails even after completing it twice. Ignored the others. Our Footloose show was canceled and we were unable to reschedule. May not cruise NCL again

Overall, a very good cruise. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 of us got colds and I'm afraid that they made it seem less fun than it should have been. We love Norwegian and will be back.
