Highly enjoyed the ship atmosphere, staff, on-board activities, and especially the food. The spa was really nice and too easy to over-spend: I was glad to have set money aside in advance to spend.

love it, will definitely do it again. hope for more shows

When going through customs clearance in Miami, passengers felt like herded cattle. It was an awful experience. I was given a free specialty dining option but charged a $60 service charge for ordering lobster. Not fair!

For my first big cruise it was a great experience. Just relaxing by the pool and the excursions were lots of fun. Loved all the entertainment but wish there was more info on the parties. Heard nothing about the 70’s and 90’s parties. Loved learning about Bermuda on our tour and swimming with the dolphins was amazing.

On Summertime is too many people for a small cruise, everything becomes too crowded.

great cruise from start to finish!!! bartenders in the vibe are fantastic!!! spa is wonderful!!! all the crew are super friendly!!! boat is clean and kept and has entertainment around the clock!!!

Norwegian Cruise Line delivers what is promised. Wonderful vacation and smooth sailing both ways.

Overall this was a great cruise! The itinerary was great. We had Sea days, but also plenty of time in Bermuda. Food, staff, entertainment, and cleanliness were the highlights of our time on board.

We loved the Joy so much we are going again in July!

The ship was overcrowded and this was particularly noticeable at embarkatio, buffet and pool.

Love the beaches and the people. Lots of fun and enjoyable memories.

We sailed at max capacity but had no problems getting I to shows or dinner. The deck did get crowded on sea days but that was expected. Food was great as was the entertainment.

Cruise was very crowded. Never was able to have a lounge chair outside by pool or a chair in the garden cafe (buffet area) to seat and eat. The pools and hot tubs were crowded and only two pools one for adults only and the other for kids. I will not do another cruise again until they figure out the over crowdedness and make more amenities like pools and hot tubs that are enough for the cruisers to enjoy.

So much rain on this trip. Locals said they got 1 month’s rain in our first 2 days on the island. Had a good time though. Will have to try again another time.

THE SHIP WAS EXTREMELY OVERCROWDED BUT I WAS IN THE HAVEN WHICH IS VERY PRIVATE. THE MAJOR PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE DINNER FROM THE FIRST NIGHT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. ORDERED FOUR DIFFERENT ENTREES ,THEY WERE SO BAD I WAS FORCED TO ONLY EAT AT THE SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS AND PAY EXTRA. DO NOT GO ON THIS CRUISE IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD. YOU WILL BE FORCED TO ONLY EAT AT THE SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS AND PAY ALOT MORE MONEY.

Embarkation was a disaster. Then waiting until 330pm to get into our cabin is completely unacceptable. There was no emergency embarkation plan after the internet/system went down and we stood in line for 3 hours. There is no reason for this, honestly. The ship was my favorite of the 4 NCL total we have been on, including 3 this year. It never seemed crowded. Food was good I buffet but we always wonder why no normal desserts? Cookies, plain chocolate cake, vanilla cake, brownies? Also mashed potatoes were mythical. Vegetables that I would normally eat were few and far between. Exotic food is OK for some, but some also want normal food.

I was overcharged in the DuFry shop. Bought 4 cartons of Marlboro cigarettes and the 4th one was supposed to be free. I was charged. PLEASE CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD.
