Review summary

Overall this was a great cruise! The itinerary was great. We had Sea days, but also plenty of time in Bermuda. Food, staff, entertainment, and cleanliness were the highlights of our time on board.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
The embarkation instructions provided prior to arriving varied from how embarkation actually worked. Everything turned out okay, but it would've been nice if everything aligned. The cruise terminal was over flowing with people. They kept announcing for everyone to find a seat and stay out of the aisle, but there weren't enough seats for everyone that was there.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The main dining rooms, Savor and Taste, were phenomenal every time we went. The buffet was like any other buffet, sometimes crowded and nothing special. The food at Teppanyaki was mediocre but they put on the best "show" I've seen. Cagneys was wonderful.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The pool was always over crowded on sea days. We could never find a chair, but if we could, we would've been shoulder to shoulder with other passengers.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Elements was fantastic!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Incredible service throughout the ship. Friendly happy staff were constantly greeting us and making me smile. I dont have a single complaint about any member of the ship's staff.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was very clean and attractively designed. Certain spaces always felt crowded (buffet, elevator lobbies, pool).

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Room was clean and well maintained. The balcony was great. There was some noise during the day because the pool deck is directly above, but it wasn't too bad and got quiet over night. Since the elevators get crowded, it was nice being one flight of steps down from the pool and buffet. Our room also wasn't far from the observation lounge (my favorite spot on the ship).

Ship tip

If you are looking for less crowded space during the day, check out the observation lounge. It was a great place to relax, read, and have some quiet down time.
