Additional Club Balcony Suite amenities include the ability to pre-book onboard entertainment and dining beginning 125 days prior to sailing delivery of a food and beverage amenity twice per sailing one laundry bag or pressing service per sailing and one bottle of sparkling wine.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in staterooms or on balconies.

We were delayed at being able to go to our rooms when we got on board. We we did get there, the bedside tables still had coffee rings on it which we wiped clean. The glasses were also not restocked completely until day 3. Our ship steward tried his best, but in addition to his regular duties, he also had mandatory training since he was at the start of a new contract. This gave him even less time for attention to detail. We didn't meet him until the cruise was almost over.

The bed was comfortable, the size was good, the balcony was also nice. I like the bathroom, especially the walk-in shower. There was plenty of space for storage clothes and other things. The TV was good, although there was no CNN. There were 2 American outlets and one international outlet, and USB ports on the bedside lamps.

our attendant took very good care of the room and it was always clean and properly maintained the shower and bath room in general was the best i have ever had on a cruise

We successfully bid to upgrade from Club Balcony MA to Haven Penthouse HF 18708. It was a little larger the the Club Balcony but the 18 th floor forward balcony going through the Panama Canal was beautiful. The location in the Haven was next to the Haven Library, down the corridor to the Haven Restaurant, just below the Haven observation and hot tub deck.
