I was overcharged in the DuFry shop. Bought 4 cartons of Marlboro cigarettes and the 4th one was supposed to be free. I was charged. PLEASE CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD.

Sorry to say, you won't get a refund. Ncl will tell you dufry is not apart of them. Dufry will say you signed for it and should have realized it on board..I bought a few bottles of liquor and they put the wrong one in my box. I didn't catch it. Nothing was done about it
