Review summary

Highly enjoyed the ship atmosphere, staff, on-board activities, and especially the food. The spa was really nice and too easy to over-spend: I was glad to have set money aside in advance to spend.

11yo son loved the range of activities. He played video games in the kids area, watched a cake-making demonstration, did sudoku and crosswords, took out books from the library, and played laser tag and drove the go cart track multiple times.

Not just consistently clean surfaces but also clean air. This had to be some of the cleanest indoor air I’ve ever experienced.

LOVED having a balcony for the first time. Worth the cost. Housekeeping was so quick to make the room clean every single day.

Ship tip

We were content with pre-purchasing a single specialty dining package because the included sit-down meals were so good, but multiple packages would’ve added another layer of fun and adventure on-ship.

Hurricane Franklin turned us around. Severely disappointed. Went to Miami instead and spent 4 hours in the terminal waiting for everyone to disembark to go through customs. A challenging end to the trip.
