Review summary

When going through customs clearance in Miami, passengers felt like herded cattle. It was an awful experience. I was given a free specialty dining option but charged a $60 service charge for ordering lobster. Not fair!

Food delicious but it’s not fair to be charged a $60 service charge when ordering a lobster. This specialty dining was a free option for me.

Onboard Activities

I only used pools and hot tubs. There should be more hot tubs and an adult only section.

There is an adult only area but you have to purchase the pass pre cruise. Also not all items on the menu are allowed with the meal pass. Some you will have to pay extra. As far as cabin size where did you stay?

Customs is much easier with a passport.

The Joy was in Miami recently? I thought it was going out of NY?

Welcome to cruising post Covid, not what it used to be. Customs is a cattle call, but can be sort of bypassed if the scanners are working and you brought a passport.
