Review summary

We cruise due to the kids. They still missing the fact that they are always charging for everything and they do not cater for all crowds. The bingo terrible, they collected $10,000 and distributed less than $1,500 (this activity is for fun and the price shall be good to attract people) it feels rigged (same for Deal or Not Deal and other activities). Why not having 100 arcades after the unlimited card is $175 (only 20, some damaged, and old). Where is Galaga, PacMan, the classics? Pinball? THey shall have in every cortner. The Food was good, the room great, the music fine.. it was ok. Saddly, this is about eating and drinking. THe gokarts, great, the lasertag excellent, the minigolf bad (just something for little kids to play disorganized, casino... what is the problem with having $10 blackjack, min. $15 across all tables (they rather see empty tables than packed), More sports channels on TV would help. The cruise excursion, too short, Belize island nothing is included (just the pool the beach and the chairs), best of the best was Roatan a company outside the cruise that we tour with Felix Bodden (the best).

Small pools over crowded. Fitness was good. Gokarts great, laser tag excellent, Galaxy Paladium great (though, where are Galaga, PacMan, Pinball, and other games? Why not have 100 arcades around the ship?)

This is terrible - they didnt want to use it. Cruises are still missing the ball here. 20 old video games, some repeated, the mini-golf was bad, the pingpong tables outside when they have huge spaces inside... terrible.

Excellent - we hired a tour excursion outside the cruise and it was the best of the whole trip. The company is Felix Bodden. We did ATV and visit their little monkey sanctuary. Also, went to the beach. This was the best.

Very nice place - though you have to pay for everything once you leave the ship. Only included the pool and the chairs. We assumed (like other islands) that food and drinks were included.

Port was good - excursion was short for the price. The snorkeling was short but fun, the crew nice, the beach very nice but short. Also, the beach activities you can barely use them, too many restrictions to use the kayaks in a little space.

NCL is the best

The have terrible customer service and cancelled 2 stops after we paid
