Review summary

Waiters at the Taste/Savor were very lacking; not attentive. It took them almost 2 hours for us to get to dinner. Entrees took about 45 minutes, drinks about 30 min, dessert was ice cream and was served melted. Housekeeping usually didn't get to our room until about 6 pm, we had our room cleaned only ONCE, cause we could come back to get some rest.

You had to make a reservation and they would actually turned you away; so I missed out on some because I wasn't aware of the make a reservation policy.

Made us go out in the rain to wait for our Uber to airport. They wouldn't let us wait in the tent with our 5 year old kid even though it was raining and freezing.
