I am already looking for other destinations the Norwegian Joy travels to. Will be booking again soon.

The main port (Victoria) we did the cruise for was cancelled. Extremely disappointed!

Better than expected! Unsure of what to expect from NCL, large ship experience, and Fall weather.

An ok cruise. Food was good but not the entertainment, especially the annoying lound musci blast at the sun deck.

It was one experience we will never forget. Good to learn about Alaska and its history as I have a better appreciation for it now.

The overall cruise was wonderful. My only complaint was the excursions seemed to be a little pricey, and we only had one full day in a port. If I had to do it again I would pick a longer cruise to allow more time in each port, 7 days was great but 14 would be better!!

This is a very informative and interesting cruise. It was interesting to see how people live in these areas of Alaska. Even though the towns and cities have decent populations, they are a distance from any other city. We really enjoyed the ability to sightsee and hike walking distance from the ship. The glacier was great - especially the NPS Rangers coming on-board to share information.

Will not go on NCL again. A little boring on sea days. Comedy club was funny but did not realize material would be the same every time

We were so happy that we upgraded to the Haven. After reading reviews it was a no brainer. A little pricey but, well worth it. You can go down to the casino etc. with all the crowds of people and then come back to the peace and quiet of the Haven with its private restaurant and dining and pool etc. Our next cruise is Feb. on the Breakaway and yes in the Haven again. I am now good and spoiled.

We had a great time overall. The internet was not good. Had 250 free minutes, which most of the time, it was not working. needs improvement. Entertainment was good. Service was friendly and timely.

Great experience. Casino has a smoking section so you don’t come out smelling like cigarettes, pool is too small. Staff is the best

Overall, I would rate this cruise a 5. Everything was exceptional. I would recommend NCL to anyone who would like to enjoy a great cruise. The food, drinks, service, entertainment and things to do are perfect (at least for us)! We will be back!!!

Always a good time on a Norwegian cruise. Food has always been good in any of the restaurants. Cocktails are a good pour. Staff is friendly. Ship is clean. Entertainment good. What more do you need ?

Overall, very pleased with this return trip to Alaska. The choice of the JOY, and its number of passengers, concerned us at first, but once on board, we never felt crowded. Shore excursions were well organized, on-time, and interesting. Food as good as, and often better, than other Norwegian cruises. We will recommend this cruise.

This ship was too big to appreciate anything about the time spent on it. The staff was overwhelmed and mostly friendly. Recommend not taking the Joy.

This was the first time to join Norwegian Cruise. Most certainly Norwegian is the best for us so far. We confused some of payment system such as premium beverage package and Children's meal services because we strongly expect a REAL all inclusive plan without any additional payments except for very limited special activities. However we all very much appreciated all of cruise staff members and we were so lucky to see very thoughtful people. We are looking forward to seeing you next time soon!!

This was my husbands first cruise but not mine. It was for our 25th wedding anniversary. I enjoyed it, although there were times of boredom. Many of the activities on the ship are not interesting to us and I am unsure if we will cruise again.

Overall very relaxing well organized cruise. We loved the Free Style Dining in which we could choose any restaurant and any time. It was easy to make reservations on board right from the screens in the hallway. Ports of call in Alaska were fantastic, staff was very cordial and attentive. The captain was amazing in how he could handle the ship in the tightest of spaces (turning around in a narrow passage at the glacier!!!). Food and coffee were the only small negatives - not as good as expected but will sail NCL again.
