Had better choices in the buffet for diner then in the dining rooms.
Onboard Activities

Too cold to do any outside activities in pools. Had football game on big screen outside it was too cold to stay out there, Had a movie outside too and was too cold to sit outside to watch it.Canceled the Endicott arm&Dawes Glacier had nothing scheduled in it's place poor planning.
Entertainment

DJ was lousy ,Kept trying to mix . Did lousy job of it. Theater was too small.Not much in a way of activities like other Norwegian that we have been on, expecially for the size of the ship.
Service and Staff

Waiters were great and also the room steward . Cruise director did not have thing planned out well for the amount of people and the size of the ship.
Ship Quality

Theater was only one level, not big enough for the amount people on the ship. The Escape a comparable ship has a two level theater. Ship was very clean.
Plan a excursion though Norwegian that never happen. Waited 3 hours for it to come. Never showed up. Had to take a bus into town to get a shuttle bus to the Mendenhall Glacier. We only had 45 minutes at the Glacier to see it. We had to get back to the ship because it was leaving. They refunded our money for the tour, mess up our day.
