Review summary

The overall cruise was wonderful. My only complaint was the excursions seemed to be a little pricey, and we only had one full day in a port. If I had to do it again I would pick a longer cruise to allow more time in each port, 7 days was great but 14 would be better!!

Embarkation

Very easy

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
I was very surprised for an Alaskan cruise there was very little seafood; and the deserts were a little disappointing, but all in all the food was good.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Disappointed the race track was not open more.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Entertainment was great.

Children's Programs

No children

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Service was great every where.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was awesome! Bathrooms were always clean, the ship was very clean. **The only improvement would be to move the activities from the atrium, it is too close to guest services and you cannot hear because of all the activities going on.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was great, love the size of it and the balcony.

Ship tip

If you want a balcony room, pick one on the aft. It was great. Large balcony with two chairs and small table.

Ports of call

Seattle, Washington

We embarked in Seattle, had a day to visit the City, the best thing about Seattle was the Marriott at the waterfront, it was directly across from where we embarked, made it very easy! and the hotel was very nice.

Juneau, Alaska

5 out of 5
Would like to have had more time to explore the city, but from what we did see it was great.

Skagway, Alaska

5 out of 5
Loved Skagway, great town, we had most of the day to explore.

Cruise Glacier Bay

5 out of 5
Glacier Bay was awesome; however I wish we could have spent more time there, maybe go up a couple different channels.

Ketchikan, Alaska

5 out of 5
Ketchikan is a great city! Again I wish we had more time to explore.

Victoria, British Columbia

We did not disembark at this port, it was late evening when we arrived and only had a 2-3 hour window.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
A little confusing and congested, all the elevators were running slow and were packed with people, however it went pretty smooth once you got moving. **Loved the free baggage service in which our bags were sent to the airport ahead of time, this gave us the opportunity to move around in Seattle easily without our luggage before our flight later in the day.
