We followed the registration and scheduled a 12:30 - 1:00 PM time slot. Later on we found out our designed time slot was not honored as everyone just checked in at same time. Also, we were supposed to fill out a health form but as missed that. I went back to the line entrance and the person there accused us of going underneath the line rope and that is why we missed the form. We did NOT go underneatht he line rope in cut in front!!! There were a few entrances and she was not able to handle all the people at the same time. She was pretty rude and should not be standinging there at the entrance to welcome people.

We walked around the sun deck and were annoyed by the constant blasting of music in high volume. There is no reason to blast the music so much as people were just like to enjoy a leisure walk around the sun deck. Also, in my room a few floors below, I could still hear the base of the music blasting passed 12:30 AM. I am not sure where the thumping sound was from, sun deck or lounges below. Definitely a very bothering annoyance.

We took the Mendenhall Glacier and Garden excursion and not worth the $228 per person. Should have toured the Glacier first instead of the Gardens because day time is getting shorter. Time spent in the Gardens shoudl be cut shorter and there is not much to see, just sitting in the carts going around.

Everything was nice except the loud music, again. We went up to the sun deck to enjoy the view and the announcement asked us to keep quiet so to hear the cracking sound of the glaciers. However, the blsting of musci from the laser tag chamber was nonstopped and kept on thumping loud base sound, very annoying. Who would play laser tag anyway during the glacier viewing time.

Very educational. We really enjoyed this excursion. The tour guide, Victor, is very knowledgeable about the totem background and history.
