This was the first time to join Norwegian Cruise. Most certainly Norwegian is the best for us so far. We confused some of payment system such as premium beverage package and Children's meal services because we strongly expect a REAL all inclusive plan without any additional payments except for very limited special activities. However we all very much appreciated all of cruise staff members and we were so lucky to see very thoughtful people. We are looking forward to seeing you next time soon!!

Beautiful dining locations and high quality meals fascinated us at anytime. However we were very confused the extent of premium beverage package especially in case of exceeding $15. It was NOT necessarily applied to pay the deference. We always needed ask people if it is applied or not. So I thought there is a very complicated system. Additionally regardless of paying much service charges, tax, etc. in advance, every time we get alcohol drinks approximately 10% has been added to our account. We wanted to enjoy "the REAL all inclusive plan" on the ship without any additional payments and concerns.

That's amazing seafood we got. Further all of wine has been served by the glass of RIEDEL Veritas series!!!!! We were so impressed such kind of thoughtful.

Foot loose, Elements, Beatles show and Magic show. All of them was perfect and excitement!! these performances were very high level. Then I wanted to watch many movies at the theater as possible during this voyage.
Children's Programs

My daughter loved to join the splash academy program. All of instructors were very trained, friendly and kind. Further children could perform something at the theater. we were so impressed!! However we only unsatisfied with being required some additional costs for each child meal service during children's programs. We thought that these service should be included originally because these meals are not special but normal, which means to be provided at complimentary dining restaurant and from complimentary menu.

JOY is the brand new ship as well as cleanliness!!! Beautiful, gorgeous and cutting edge! Everybody must be excited to get in the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room has been kept being clean at any time and new equipment has been set. So we feel very comfortable but only one thing the size of room was small for us. We needed a little more space to spread our suitcases in the room.
Ship tip
Meal level on the ship is definitely high comparing to other cruises.
Honestly we wanted to stay at the ship by enjoying the final breakfast service as long as possible. At least we wanted to stay on the ship until around 10:00 am in order to enjoy the breakfast.
