Would definitely reccomend and will cruise again with norwegian.

Overall it was a great cruise and we loved the Norwegian Joy!

Having taken a similar cruise to Bermuda 8 years ago, there were few surprises. If you like spending time on a beach, the 2-1/2 days there give you plenty of time for that and to explore.

Although the ship is new, everything about cruising post pandemic is scaled back. Less options. Less entertainment. More expensive.

Overall it was an excellent experience. Will repeat in the future

Norwegian did a great job as always. I was impressed with the constant cleaning. The staff was helpful, courteous and very friendly. Food was abundant and good. Cagney's steakhouse was the best

Ok, lots of bad and good stuff here. For me, I wouldn't go on another NCL cruise because the food quality matters to me. It is also ridiculous that you pay for a drink package, and they start running out of types of alcohol halfway through the cruise (literally no vodka by Friday). I wouldn't suggest the cruise for family that have kids under 12 either.

This was a basic trip with my husband and two teenage sons. They were bored a lot and the things for their ages were lame. In Bermuda they enjoyed parasailing and the fun park right in front of the ship in Dockyard.

The Joy is a beautiful ship but with a large section being taken up by the Haven, it limits space available to non Haven guests. One of the three pools, two hot tubs and a large deck area are reserved for the Haven guests leaving the two other pools and deck area extremely crowded. There needs to be more deck space and additional pool for such a large capacity ship. The rooms a wonderful with the largest cruise ship bathroom, I've ever had. The shows were outstanding with Broadway worthy performances. Overall the Joy is a great ship with wonderful staff but needs faster main dining service and larger common areas.

We won’t cruise Norwegian again until they change this boat. We were very disappointed with the lack of included activities on the boat for teenagers. Everything was an Upcharge. We were advised there would be more when we brought the lack of court to our agent’s attention and wish we had the opportunity to change our reservation. NCL changed the boat from our original due to Covid delay. We loved Bermuda, every minute of it. Our food Staff was amazing, steward amazing. Guest services told me their focus was on splash academy and not teenagers. They don’t seem to understand people go on cruises to get away from technology not to be stuck inside playing video games…. For extra charges.

Nice cruise itinerary to Bermuda and nice ship. Had a few bumps on cruise… embarkation was 2 hour wait, ran out of some drinks and food midway thru, pool bar areas were a struggle at times, but overall still a great cruise. Food was delicious, rooms and ship were very clean and sanitized, the island of Bermuda is beautiful, many great shows and activities on board the ship and a great pool area with lots of great music and games to enjoy.

This was our 7th cruise on NCL and our 6th to Bermuda! We love cruising to our favorite island on NCL ships, the best crew and awesome food, outstanding entertainment. The only thing that we were not pleased with was having less deck space for lounging that was taken up by the race track and laser tag which brought many more children on this cruise than all the others. We have been on the Gem, Dawn, Breakaway and Escape twice each and was exceptional. My husband and I look forward to cruising again real soon as we are now Gold Latitude Members!

Wonderful ship snd crew. Bermuda is a great place to enjoy beautiful beaches.

Had a fantastic time on Norwegian Joy! The staff and ship are incredible and there is so much to do, we simply couldn't do it all!

Although we had been on a Norweigan cruise in the past the rest of our family didn't . We found ourselves comparing this cruise and the ship to the Carnival Horizon which we took a few years ago together and we liked the Carnival better.

I think I said in all in my true statements of how I enjoy traveling NCL and do urge friends family. Being A part of sales when I work, if I liked something and offered it I feel the same about my trips which I worked so hard for in the past years. So traveling with NCL is one of the company’s I would to before any others.

Overall we had a great experience for our first cruise. It helped to be with an experienced cruising couple. Some of the requirements such as Bermuda travel Authorization were less than obvious in early communications. Lots of links for information, you need to open them all if you don't want to miss anything

4th time to Bermuda. Enough to do there. Norfolk is a great addition.

Overrall had a great time and relaxing and enjoying the food from the different complimentary restaurants.

This was a cruise and itinerary. It's one that I now want to repeat over and over. Bermuda is just amazing, quiet, clean, safe, and GORGEOUS!
