This was our 7th cruise on NCL and our 6th to Bermuda! We love cruising to our favorite island on NCL ships, the best crew and awesome food, outstanding entertainment. The only thing that we were not pleased with was having less deck space for lounging that was taken up by the race track and laser tag which brought many more children on this cruise than all the others. We have been on the Gem, Dawn, Breakaway and Escape twice each and was exceptional. My husband and I look forward to cruising again real soon as we are now Gold Latitude Members!

It was our worst experience of waiting 3.5 hours to board without any explanation. We have never had this before and hope it never occurs again.

The quality of food and service was superb in all of the Dining Rooms and Specialty Restaurants. The crew in all the dining goes "overboard" and all deserve to be shown more appreciation from the guests.

Footloose was done extremely well and enjoyed very much! Elements was amazing, outstanding and wished we saw it more than once! The Beatles Show was entertaining and sounded awesome! All the performers gave it their all and really appreciate all their hard work and dedication to their art.

Our Stateroom Stateroom, Jerry Nicol is a our Vacation Hero!! Jerry works so hard, always with the most pleasant personality, smiling and wanted to make sure we have what we needed. The service in the restaurants were the BEST and the crew in The District Brewhouse ROCKS!!!! Ryan and Alex are #1!! Everyone on the Joy made our week and hopefully we made their week by treating some to Starbucks, extra tips, compliments letters and always saying Hi, Thank you and Have a nice day!!

We LOVE Bermuda and this was our 6th cruise! We met friends on our 1st cruise on our 35th on Horseshoe Bay Beach and visit with them each time. This time we enjoyed being almost like we live there with our friends!! The dockyard is amazing filled with friendly people. Bermuda is filled with the friendliest people ever!
