We love the Haven but sailing without a Haven bar and dining room detracts from the ship. Crew was really excellent, room attendant and butler were top notch. Haven concierge was a magician getting us into the specialty restaurants. Haven pool and attendant were spot on.

Was a short 5-day getaway. Ship was clean with plenty of awesome crew members. Would do it again!

Was an ok cruise, because of the excessive noise outside of our cabin in the hallways from people passing through between the hours of 12:30 A.M through 2:30 A.M we had very little sleep in (11) days. I informed Customer Service of the excessive noise but the noise continued the duration of the cruise.

This is a terrible ship, crew, entertainment and cabin. Do not waste your money on this company!

It was amazing, entertaining, and definitely worth it! The only thing I have to say that could be improved is the maximum amount of kids allowed in the kids’ club, which was only 42. The food is ALWAYS good and is of great variety, and I’m a foodie!! My balcony suite was worth it! The Open bar was also worth it and convenient! I loved getting off the ship everyday to somewhere new!! Take this much-deserved cruise with family!!

Good ship for a first timer. Overall decent time but the food needs a serious upgrade.

the only complaint i have with the whole experience with is i never received the $75 visa gift card i was promised. if i don't receive the extra promotions, i'll just book directly with the cruise line in the future.

Nothing WOW about this ship. We liked Dawn and Bliss much better. If not for extreme overcrowd I would rate this cruise higher. It was like a tin packed with sardines with a lot of children, which were not on their best behavior. Not to much to do for kids on this ship, so they were running in all public species.

All the staff on the ship were friendly and willing to help in any way. Ports were wonderful with many different excursions available.

The ports of call were great! Disappointed with the ship after hearing such great things about NCL. There is a lot of room for improvement on this ship in all areas if they want to make a cruise on this ship truly unforgettable.

Three words: comfortable, calm and a bit boring. The ship is what it is, smaller with less entertainment options, decent staff and okay food. Would be good for someone looking to just relax.

While it's understandable that an older ship won't provide as much activities or accommodations as the newer modern mega-ships, it's somewhat disappointing that in this day an age there isn't a better system for allowing pro-active travelers to reserve excursions, specialty dining and, more importantly, kids club capacity through a mobile app instead of having to spend hours waiting in line. Also, it was painfully clear throughout the experience that NCL is still stretching too few crew/staff to cover too many passengers, which we saw firsthand at a couple bars and specialty dining restaurants. Other cruise lines seemed to have bounced back much sooner and adjusted accordingly.

I will do it again! The excursions were organized. Some of the transportation was a bit scary since other people were driving all over & fast. No stop signs. If it freaks you out , you might want to sit at the back of the bus.

Very relaxing cruise. Internet is tricky but neither of us used all our 150 minutes each. You can tell that the ships have cut back on staff after covid,

Loved the ship and the different stops. Would like to do this cruise again and take family with us.

This was a great 1st cruise for my husband and I.

Our dining experience the last 3 nights in the Pacific room was very slow. Our empty plates were left on table long after we finished eating. One night we waited 1 hour and 5 minutes to get our main entries. Very unhappy.

Charging extra for Starbucks and water when I paid for the drink package really pissed me off. Why? No other cruise I have been on has done that. Other than that, no real complaints. Ship size was perfect for us, 2400. Service was very good to excellent. Very friendly staff. Food quality was above average away from the buffet. Buffet was average at best. Pool area was packed, but it was a break week, so a lot of college kids. The snorkeling off Roatan is some of the best I have ever seen.

I'd highly recommend taking a different ship , and Make sure Reviews are Better. Or choose Celebrity or Royal Caribbean

I found the staff at cruise next and guest services to be not real helpful. When I asked a question at guest services, they referred me to cruise next (limited hours open). Then I’d wait in line maybe 20 minutes at cruise next only to be told I needed to speak with restaurant reservations or even back to guest services. How was I supposed to know that “latitudes” questions regarding dinner reservations needed to go through cruise next ? I’m now Diamond in the latitudes program, but it didn’t seem to matter on this cruise. Also, the young lady at the internet desk needs a lesson in patience.
