The first cruise ever we didn't fully enjoy. Extremely overcrowded. A lot of children running unsupervised in halls and all public spaces. Not enough staff to clean spills and sticky tables in the buffet. Food quality went down

Review summary

Nothing WOW about this ship. We liked Dawn and Bliss much better. If not for extreme overcrowd I would rate this cruise higher. It was like a tin packed with sardines with a lot of children, which were not on their best behavior. Not to much to do for kids on this ship, so they were running in all public species.

Pool deck was extremely crowded. We were not able to find a seat on sea days, they were all reserved by 9 am with people no show for the next few hours, even though this was officially prohibited. No rules enforcement.

Beverage service in Le Bistro very poor. We didn't get wine refill until we almost finished main course and we asked quite a few times for it. Not enough staff in buffet to clean constant spills and sticky tables. Chaos, crowds and long lines everywhere.

We have found that cruising during school breaks is not the best time to cruise, especially in the Carribbean. We sailed on this ship before and had a great time.

If you see that people are not using their chairs within an hour or so, have one of the deckhands remove their items. It’s not fair to the people that are on the ship.
