My NCL cruise wasn't close to what we're used to. Everytime you turned around NCL was Cutting Corners. From being Our Absolutely Number One Cruise Line, worst cruise I've Ever Been On.

Food with the exception of a few specialty restaurants was poor to fair . Breakfast lunch buffet had the exact same thing on almost every station very few choices. Drinks were very good but long lines to get one . Grosley under staffed.

Ship is dated beds pillows were terrible. Pool area was ok very little entertainment compared to past trips.

Comedian is the only reason I gave 3 stars , otherwise it be One . Again NCL Cutback on Entertainment Big Time.

Staff with the exception of the casino staff was Excellent. Very Short Staffed and Over Worked . We both won money from the casino but pit Boss and dealers didn't know how to run the standard casino games.

Very Clean Staff did a great job caring for the room , Cutbacks is once a day no longer twice zero towel animals and turndown at night. Very Small Cabin.

Bring Back Selection of food and Quality you had before , IE. like your specialty restaurants
A 45 minute wait on Embarkation not terrible, likely a busy time frame. We hardly ever complain about dining room food, guess we will see this time around. The buffet stations are duplicated by design, pick one and your good, same items on the duplicated station.
Agreed the ships are more short staffed these days.
Jade is in a class of NCL ships that are smaller. This information is all available prior to booking. Port of Tampa can only accommodate smaller ships, in order to pass under Skyway Bridge.
We do look forward to entertainment, fingers crossed 🤞. We sail Sunday March 16th, will check back upon return.
