Food was often cold, overcooked and bland. The worst food I have experienced on 20 previous cruises. Service was always too slow and poor customer interaction.

This Company only cares about making additional money. Constant “Game Shows” for money but very little entertainment for guests. Worst ever - most nights nothing to do but listen to lounge music.

Only one good music group - Prelude Duo others were no good. Singers were very amateur like. Not worthy of paying thousands for this cruise.

Poor customer interactions. Room steward actually charged us for mini- bar that we never used! Be ware of this group overcharging you! They don’t make it easy to
see your bill during the cruise. Nothing on TV to watch charges!
Ship Quality

Very old ship and rooms. Example - my room had. Tub/shower combo that was over 18 inches high to step into. Making it non-ADA compliant and a fall hazard. I contacted Guest Services who did nothing to assist me with this issue. Long ship corridors with little signage. Obviously not updated despite “recent” renovations?

Terrible design. Couldn’t fully open closet door making it difficult to get clothes in and out! Poor ac system.
Ship tip
Sail on a better cruise line! This ship is old. With little free entertainment, poor stage shows, bring lots of extra money for game shows that they charge you to play, very poor, disinterested staff and no real Guest Services. There are much better cruise lines. Don’t waste your money here.
Beach House scape was a bust. Locals constantly on us to but useless trinkets. Beach was filled with seaweed making it impossible to go into the water!
Excellent tour of Brewery. The owner of the Brewery gave us an extensive tour of his beer making process with drink tasting paired with sausage and snacks. Well worth the money!
Traveled on the same ship on the same dates and one of the same excursions and had a wonderful trip, wonderful meals and entertainment. Hate that it didn’t meet your expectations.
