This is where they fell short. The food was overall TERRIBLE. Dry overcooked meats. Very bland food overall. Moderno was good as well as the main dining. Cagney's served a dried, shriveled up filet. Seriously dissapointed.

The Jade is a smaller ship that caters to people like myself who just go for the ride and relaxation. If you want an amusement park on the sea, look at the larger ships with all the amusements, but think of it as an enclosed Disney World or Universal and expect lots of unruly minors on board

Haven Room

First time on NCL Jade and was definitely surprised.

The first cruise ever we didn't fully enjoy. Extremely overcrowded. A lot of children running unsupervised in halls and all public spaces. Not enough staff to clean spills and sticky tables in the buffet. Food quality went down
