Review summary

We love the Haven but sailing without a Haven bar and dining room detracts from the ship. Crew was really excellent, room attendant and butler were top notch. Haven concierge was a magician getting us into the specialty restaurants. Haven pool and attendant were spot on.

Sounds like an other case of I didn’t know what I was buying. But it happens!! 2 minutes of research on ncl.com could have made a difference.
