Review summary
Went to Cozumel and Great stirrup Kay on the cruise. The ship is a smaller ship. However very crowded. Especially on sea days.Embarkation
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
The Pit Stop
It’s on the opposite side of the Spinnaker lounge. The seats that overlook the pool are where the smokers were able to sit. The smoking wasn’t too bad. Had a decent view of the pool
Bliss Ultra Lounge
Had different events each night. Some were good others maybe not so good. Took a while to get a drink. But find a bartender and tip him will speed the process
Grand Pacific
First dinner on the ship. Took quite a while to get your food. The steak was rather small but cooked decently. Mainly because I had read reviews that stated go medium rare if you want a medium steak. So it’s just an average overall experience
O'Sheehan's Bar & Grill
Decent burgers and Reuben sandwich. Only problem couldn’t really carry anything out.
Teppanyaki
The food was typical hibachi style food. The chefs were excellent and kept you entertained throughout your meal. Try to get an early dinner. Which can be hard due to the size of the restaurant. Only seats 32
Le Bistro
First time trying the French Restaurant. The lamb chops were delicious. And I had the poached pear dessert which was very good. The lengthy wait between courses is why it’s not a 5 star.
Cagney's Steakhouse
Pretty good food. Took a while to get all of our courses. Did make the mistake of booking at 930. Wasn’t the smartest idea trying to digest a big steak before bed. More like I got my belly full and need a nap
The Great Outdoors
One of my favorite places to eat breakfast. Little hard to get there, have to walk through the garden cafe to the back of the ship. Mornings had a small buffet with an omelette station. The bar opens at 10. Had ample seating either shaded or in the sun.
Alizar
The typical cruise ship dining but no reservation was required. Just plan on taking two hours for dinner.
Java Café & Bar
Luckily I booked the free at sea plus or the Starbucks drinks would have become very expensive. The coffee was average.
Onboard Activities
Private Sundeck
Was ok when it was open.
Pool
Pools are very small and way overcrowded. Hard to find a seat. One day had to close off the top section due to wind. Which I understand but loosing half the seats at a crowded pool all ready. Was terrible. Lines for all bars were extended. On some days they would set up a cooler with beer for purchase which helped out.
Entertainment
Spinnaker Lounge
Wasn’t nothing to write home about. Decent music. However the DJ would stop the music every 5 minutes to shout no drinks on the dance floor. Crowded on a few nights. Especially when they moved the glow party inside for some reason. The glow party was slated for outdoors. Some of the game shows were entertaining
Stardust Theater
Saw the show elements. Which is a combination of acrobatics, dancing with a magic component. Enjoyed the show, leaving was very congested having most people walking threw the casino
The Card Room
Decent place to get out of the wind and play a game of cards.

Ship tip
The free at see package they offer as a perk, make sure you read the fine print. They give you free WiFi for our cruise it was 75 minutes for the entire cruise. The beverage package doesn’t include Starbucks or bottled water. Only one special dining. We opted to buy the free at sea plus package which gave you WiFi for the entire trip plus bottled water and two more dinners.
