Air Transat delayed my suitcase 4 days after my flight arrived and would not deliver it to the ship. Avoid connecting flights. Once onboard we had a wonderful experience with NCL and would cruise with them again. Fantastic employees!!!

Absolutely beautiful cruise ship. A different layout which made it nice. Waterfront dining was a plus. Huge casino.

should have a drug store on the ship - very very limited items in ship market - would have been nice to get toothpaste, feminine products, floss, nail clippers, and stain sticks (just to name a few : ) - but had to venture out to try and find a store to get these items - which wasn't easy. It would also be nice if the 3 main restaurants offered different meals - vs the same items for 10 days.

This was a Covid canceled trip so we had been dreaming of this for 3+ years. It exceeded expectations!

This cruise was amazing, the ship, the literary, the crew, were all great! Were there glitches? Sure! Did that ruin our cruise? Absolutely NOT! The embarkation was the first for this ship out of the Port of Rome, the folks doing the work were not ready, We still got on the ship by noon. Someone got sick, the Captain turned around the first night to get that passenger to medical attention. We missed a port. That also did not ruin the trip. Every journey has its unexpected turns. None of them took away from our cruise.

The cruise we thought was going well but what we didn't know was that covid was being spread around. the ship never informed us or started tougher protocol procedures. so as we disembarked may of us were surprised to test positive and be stuck in Italy, in hotel at our expense waiting to test positive. Then many who did a follow on to the next cruise had to be quarantined in the rooms. I will really think hard about sailing on Norwegian this is our second bad experience with them.

We had a great cruise. Embarkation went well. We had a very smooth crossing of the Atlantic. Service on board was excellent and all staff went out of their way to make our cruise a success. The food was good but exceptional in Cagney’s steakhouse. We felt safe on board wearing our masks except that some people did not follow the rules. Disembarkation was very fast and transfer to airport was great. Overall had a great time.

We had so much fun. Norwegian is going to be our choice from now on.

Ready to sail again with Norwegian. Looking forward to another sailing out of Port Canaveral.

I would definitely cruise again with NCL. What happen to this cruise is a fluke. Hopefully they learned their lesson though on how to handle a mass evacuation. Don’t think I will ever go back to DR though. Not worth it.

Considering the circumstances of this particular cruise we had a pretty good time.

We have been on the Escape before, and it did not let us down again!! Amazing trip!! Reduced capacity made it even better!! Love all the shows!!

Amazing cruise!! First cruise since covid ( 2 years & 2 Mos) ship was about 60% full - so busy enough to have fun but not crowded. Employees were 110% friendly, accommodating, had not one negative service experience. From the bar tenders , waitresses, waiters, room steward. Great nightly entertainment, musical professionals were very talented. If I have any criticism it would be that I would probably pass on the spa services . Were up selling services the entire time and it made it a bit annoying. Loved the Manhattan Room MDR. Food was delicious, different selections every night and service was impeccable. Garden Cafe was really good as well. Food was; tasty , fresh with plenty of choices. Staff worked hard to keep the place running efficiently.

We picked this cruise out of a few NCL choices. We really like Escape. A mix of lots of activities but also spice H2O. 1900 passengers was a nice bonus too. Felt very safe on board, and NCL offered free antigen testing for international travelers. I sailed in December, and NCL had tweaked performers to ensure a fresh experience.

Almost back up to par but awaiting for all the entertainment to return

Overall very enjoyable with some areas needing attention as mentioned. First time in Haven, we received an upgrade but not sure we would pay full price for the privilege.

We absolutely loved this carribean cruise. Our highlight was touring the baths on a private charter from Tortola. The ship was excellent!!! Service and food were top notch. I can’t say we enjoyed the American Diner and would not pay extra for it.

Overall.. vey nice ship and very clean. The food could have been much better. The entertainment was lacking. Very easy on and off. There was lots of walking as there are only two elevators stations. Service was excellent. The drink package was easy, unlimited drinks up to $15 each. They literally ran out on day 3 of Moscato and Riesling, Bloody Mary mix, some whisky and other items which was very odd.

We really enjoyed the parties at H2O Spice also. We really could not have had a nicer time. Our friends that we have known since we were kids surprised us and joined us on this cruise. We were the last week to wear mask and that didn’t even get us down.

A last minute choice. We booked it just over a week before sailing. 7 days in February not in Michigan. Yay!!
