Review summary

Considering the circumstances of this particular cruise we had a pretty good time.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
The lines seemed a little long, maybe due to the fact that it was spring break and the largest cruise they had had in a while. Their computers also went down for about 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food and drink were excellent. We found the bartending skills of Jay at the Mixx bar, Sofia at pour House and Rommel at the Prime Meridian to be exceptional.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The pool size and pool space was a bit small for the amount of passengers on board and it would have been even worse at full capacity.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Enjoyed the band Royal Flush.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The only problem I had with the service was the lack of information about the ongoing issue of the ship damage and disembarkation in the DR and back to the US. The wait staff, room stewards, entertainers, etc. we’re troopers through the whole ordeal.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Could hear the neighbors next to us.

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
There was confusion and a lack of sharing of information. I get that the situation was unique but let people know what is going on. Once at the airport there was not much if any representation from Norwegian. People were dropped at the Dominican airport to a crowded mess of stressed out uninformed passengers. We did finally get checked in for our flight and did get back to Orlando but I heard that as the day progressed the stimulation got much worse.
