Overall very enjoyable with some areas needing attention as mentioned. First time in Haven, we received an upgrade but not sure we would pay full price for the privilege.

Cabin / Stateroom

This was a front facing haven suite, cabin itself was roomy and plush, however location was horrible with front facing view of deck rail and crew smoking area. Balcony was very very small as well. Lots of noise from front thrusters .

If you are sailing in regular cabin and want a quiet adult sun experience, book the Vibe Club! Private with exceptional service!
We had Haven priority tags on our luggage and disembarked 1st off ship. One of our bags was lost and no one there to assist. Finally found over an hour later by walking up and down all the luggage tables till we found it!
