I really enjoy Norwegian and plan on sailing with them for years to come. The staff and officers are very welcoming and I always meet new people that I keep in contact with well after the cruise. I have only cruised as a solo traveler and I always have a wonderful time especially with the solo travelers group and the itinerary that's put together.

Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Norwegian having been on two other different cruise lines. I prefer Norwegian, the dining and causal dress at ALL dinners provides a more laid back atmosphere. Having purchased the Ultimate Beverage Package was worth the money as you had no surprises at the end of the trip. I felt that the sincerity of the crew was a step above other cruise lines. The shops on the cruise line very not at all competitive in price if comparing back to the states. (Esp. Watches) Signage stating "70% Off" Small Print "Up to" was a gimmick. (You didn't know which washes were 70% off as you had to have a clerk scan them to tell you. as the prices were excessively inflated. I saw an Invicta watch there that was $189.00 after the discount, I purchased the exact watch at a wholesale club for $99.99. (I don't mind paying a little more. In this day of smartphones, price comparison is as simple as a few keystrokes. I didn't purchase any watches as I'm glad I didn't. If I did and found out that I've overpaid, that would probably changed my impression of the Norwegian. ( Gladly it Didn't)

Overall enjoyed our week, but would not do this one again, we have been on better for a cheaper price, and better locations. Unfortunatly cannot recommend this

Excellent experience. A bit pricey but great experience. Very clean ship. Food was superb. Great customer service. Beautiful room. Hard working staff.

This was an awesome cruise...met wonderful people and I got to witness how amazing GOD truly is...its all Him...I got to share an amzing experience with one of my best friends...

My husband and I cruised with two other couples and have done so the last several years. Norwegian Escape was absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough good about the ship, the ports, the entertainment, food, embarkation and disembarkation. I have no complaints at all.

I was pleased with my first Norwegian cruise. I will definitely consider booking with Norwegian again, yes there was certain things I would have improved on when it comes to more entertainment, and the music but other than that my friends/family and I did have a really good time.

I really liked Norwegian. Our cruise was during a hurricane and we were given the option to stay on board to ride out the storm or get off the ship. The service was awesome amd never waivered.

This was a wonderful cruise from start to finish even though it was shortened due to the hurricane. It is our second time on the Escape. We did a eastern Caribbean last October loved every minute of it as well. I can't say enough about how professionally NCL handled the whole situation. The safety of the passengers and crew was always first and foremost. We look forward to doing another western Caribbean at some point and finishing the itinerary.

Can't wait for next cruise. Norwegian Escape wax excellent. They did a great job. Didn't dance as much as I thought I would but it was available. The unlimited drink package was great

We had a fantastic time and enjoyed our vacation a lot. This was our second time on this cruise and we were much more relaxed about having to do everything. The specialty restaurants are fantastic and the Supper club and Wine lovers show are worth the price.

I've been on 3 cruises; My first was Carnival, my second was Royal, and my third was this one, the Norwegian Escape. This was definitely the nicest ship I've been on. All of the eating areas are beautiful (bar the buffet, but it was still very nice for what it was trying to be). The bars/lounges were very nice as well. The pool area was great, but it would have been nice if they followed their own rule of "Adults only until 5:00pm". The number of kids in the pool/hot tub during the day could sometimes get out of hand. However, this is the first cruise ship that I actually enjoyed the waterslides on. As for the entertainment, there was always something to do. Between great musicians, comedians, broadway style plays, and random events going on, you'd be hard pressed to find yourself bored. The random events (Battle of the sexes, Mr. Sexy Legs Contest, etc.) were a lot of fun, in part due to how great Tyler, the cruise director was. All of the other staff helping him were also a ton of fun. The night life on the ship was pretty good. Typically a large party going up in the adult lounge at night, with an after party in one of the clubs in the ship. If you're looking for a good time at night, you'll always find one. Overall, a great experience. If I had one other complaint, I would say that I liked the more personal relationships I developed with the staff on Royal. While the staff on this ship was really great, they still don't compare to Royals. Everything else was better though, in my opinion.

Very dissatisfied. Had visited the ports that were substituted many times before. Expected much better for cost. To compensate for change in the itinerary it would have nice to have been compensated with a complimentary specialty dinner for the inconvenience.

Not doing Norwegian again. Nickel and dime you for everything, over crowded. Big disappointment . Can't even play billiards without a cost, air hockey.

We were rerouted due to a hurricane, We ended up with perfect weather in St Thomas, St marten and Nassau. Had a great time, as did our friends. We did more relaxing on this cruise than some previous, as a result of not doing absolutely everything the ship offered. Very enjoyable experience.

Overall, great time and great ship. Entertainment staff is great. Room steward was so-so...room was always clean, but he was not very friendly and not very detailed (dirty dishes left in room for days, no coffee replenished, etc.). Guest services and excursion staff were unfriendly and somewhat rude. The rest of the staff in restaurants, bars and throughout the ship were not that way - they were all friendly and great! We enjoyed the trip very much!

We loved the ship, she is so pretty and clean. The food was the best we have had on any cruise. It was very easy to get on and off this ship. I would go back on this ship in a heartbeat.

So glad we chose the Escape! Our last 2 cruises on the Getaway and Epic were disappointing with the customer service. We enjoyed NCL on the JADE before that and a previous cruise on the Getaway. We were thinking that we might have to change cruise lines until we were on the ESCAPE ! Who ever is in charge of they Customer Service keep them ! Please work on those other 2 ships ! Looking forward to another cruise on NCL. Made our Anniversary Cruise Special !
