Review summary

This was our 5th cruise with NCL. We just wanted to relax--that is why we didn't do any excursions. We had a peace filled vacation. We just did what we wanted to do, when we wanted to do it.

Excellent. Since we are latitudes members. We didn't even have to wait in line.

There were 27 restaurants on board. We maybe only went to half of them. All the ones we went to were delicious!!!!

Onboard Activities

We loved the adults only hot but and salt water grotto... The rope course and zip Line are so much fun too.

Entertainment

The musical After Midnight was wonderful. The Mersey Boys were good but not as good as the original Jersey Boys. Seemed that the groups all played a lot of the same music. Mainly Beattles songs. The Howling at the Moon players were just O.K. Again, seemed like they would play too many of the same kinds of songs. Also, same thing at The District Brew House. The night we were there all he was playing were Elton John Songs.

Children's Programs

Did not have children with us? We were surprised at the number of children on the ship--since it was in September when the children should be in school..

Service and Staff

Our room steward--Jovel was wonderful. Our room was always clean and every time we would see him in the hall, he always talked with us and called us by name.

We were able to upgrade to a mini suite.. Wonderful... Full bathtub. So much room.

Ship tip

Be sure to make reservations for the Escape theatre, The supper Club and the specialty restaurants before you go on board. It was very hard to get reservations before 9;30.
