Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Norwegian having been on two other different cruise lines. I prefer Norwegian, the dining and causal dress at ALL dinners provides a more laid back atmosphere. Having purchased the Ultimate Beverage Package was worth the money as you had no surprises at the end of the trip. I felt that the sincerity of the crew was a step above other cruise lines. The shops on the cruise line very not at all competitive in price if comparing back to the states. (Esp. Watches) Signage stating "70% Off" Small Print "Up to" was a gimmick. (You didn't know which washes were 70% off as you had to have a clerk scan them to tell you. as the prices were excessively inflated. I saw an Invicta watch there that was $189.00 after the discount, I purchased the exact watch at a wholesale club for $99.99. (I don't mind paying a little more. In this day of smartphones, price comparison is as simple as a few keystrokes. I didn't purchase any watches as I'm glad I didn't. If I did and found out that I've overpaid, that would probably changed my impression of the Norwegian. ( Gladly it Didn't)

No A/C outlets near bed, have a CPAP machine had to run cord from bed to sitting area daily. Beds very comfortable as was A/C. Balcony seating was great. Room was very clean and bath facilities were great. "Smoothe" lotion with lemongrass was fantastic after a day in the sun
Ship tip
Freestyle dining is the best, cruise was totaling relaxing and never felt like you had to rush to have dinner.
Natives parked outside the gate didn't feel you the most comfortable feeling. Shops at port very nice. No excursion. Not a port I would wish to visit again.
The port drop off area ,very nice but not really a true picture of what. (prices in shops excessive) Took a ferry to the mainland had lunch at a local café. Great Place great food and owner's niece was full of information
Did a glass bottom boat tour, Boat was crammed and glass bottom section was not what was expected. Had lunch at café at port area, Ok but not as good as food off the beaten path in Belize
No excursion, rented a jeep and drove the island. Had lunch at a Mexican Café attached to a resident house (Excellent) visited a beach very nice and stopped at a souvenir shop and had a few beers with the locals while they showed us their iguana and some of their crafts
