Overall enjoyed our week, but would not do this one again, we have been on better for a cheaper price, and better locations. Unfortunatly cannot recommend this

Cagneys steak house was by far the best dinner & service we had on the ship!!!!
La cucina was amazing, large portion sizes, & services was great!
Bayamo was ok, portion size were small & service was a least favorite for having to pay extra.
The Mahattan dinning room was our favorite for main dinning, great service,food & entertainment!!! It's a must!!!

We enjoyed the bowling, shuffle board, ping pong, mini golf,shuffle board and the rope corse was the best of all!
The pool was just ok.... music doesn't start playing till after 10:30 & songs got very repetive.

After Midnight & The Brat Pack were the two WORST shows we have ever seen. 8 of us have cruised 4 other cruise lines & these shows were the worst a very disappointing.

Service & staff was a little more inconsistent than other cruise lines we have been on... we had some that really great! and some that just seemed to be miserable even when we tipped above & beyond

Layout & design were good except for the Atrium, very difficult to enjoy a drink & watch any sports at O'sheehans because they were having a contest, game or sing a long at the same time... that design/concept was poorly thought out.

Ship tip
An additional gratuity above & beyond what we paid prior to leaving is added to your at certain locations on the ship. I don't agree with because that where we often got the worst service.
We did not but the spa package to have use of the spa facility's but ours friends did, and unfortunalty regretted it... they said clean & nice but other guest were treating it like a party locations, drinking & lots of loud talking... nothing relaxing about it at all.
Extremely dirty!!!! One of the worst that we have seen.
Although there's not much here...We did have a wonderful tour of the island including local food
That's our only port in all our trips that we can say we didn't enjoy from a cruise lines private island.
Very commercialized, very expensive, we got rude service & awful drinks.
Only thing good out of this place was paddle boarding.. then we board the ship early
There's not much here... again Norwegian drop the ball on this one too... we were brought to a all inclusive private beach drinks to be included... we found out quickly they weren't putting alcohol in them
The best excursion ever!!
We did a four hr Dunn Buggy tour and got to drive in the city, along the coast swim at a beach then snorkel & have lunch & drinks at another!

It sounds like it's not the ship but the itinerary, I went on the Escape and went to Tortola and St. John's loved, loved that cruise, but because of the hurricane that route has been changed. My favorite cruise so far was the one I took on the Escape
