Big ship, average to poor entertainment, good food. Pool facilities are lacking for a ship of this size.

Overall we had a great week with great friends. The couple that came with us had never done a cruise and wanted to book the next one before we even got off the ship. Amazing vacation!

Overall the cruise was very good. I like the cigar lounge on the escape. The food was just disappointing. We were on the same ship a few years ago and it was so much better.

Overall, I wish I left this vacation feeling excited and energized by the ports and amenities on the ship. I just felt underwhelmed, honestly. Things were just fine, but nothing to write home about.

We chose this cruise because of the positive experience we had last time on the Escape. Not even close to the service and food as last time. We travel as a group and everyone felt the same way.

Overall, a wonderful cruise. The Haven is a real luxury which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We’ve been on cruises before, but staying in The Haven far exceeded any other cruise. Yes, it is a bit more expensive, but it makes for an exceptional relaxed vacation. Having two bedrooms was also a plus and gave each of us our privacy. The staff is also amazing. I don’t think they know the word “no” and they are always happy and helpful. Some of them even called us by name!

Overall, being on a new ship is great. Rooms were nice and clean. Lots of dining options and bars. The spa thermal suite is amazing and worth the cost for the spa pass.

We wanted all 5 of us to go, but could only get a room for four. The ship is quite large, and there was lots to do. We found the additional amenities to be quite expensive, especially the photos. The food was good and, of course, plentiful. Naturally, it was difficult to find seats by the pool, and the late night dancing was definitely for younger, more fit cruisers. I think I like a more traditional cruise with dining times, free shows nightly, and more formal attire on a couple of evenings. All in all it was an enjoyable experience.

Really no complaints, always cruise NCL. Nice cruise and ship

The NCL Western Caribbean cruise was one of the best values out there. With 4 unique ports and so many once in a lifetime options for excursions, you can go wrong with this choice. Additionally, the crew on board the NCL Escape made it a pleasure being on this ship.

Honestly, I would not do this cruise again. In fact, I wish we had taken a different cruise line. NCL is nice but the uncharges are getting ridiculous. We are sailing on NCL's newest ship, Encore, in August - 10 of us - base cost for 4 balconies will be more than $20,000. The ship has a lot to offer, but at additional fees. We are expecting that it will cost at least another $5,000 in excursions and onboard activities.

OVERALL WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ON THIS CRUISE AND WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME. THERE WERE ALOT OF PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH BUT THAT ONLY WAS A BIT OF A PROBLEM ON THE 2 DAYS AT SEA WHICH IS TO BE EXPECTED..

Another fun NCL cruise with fantastic entertainment. Embarkation and disembarkation were very smooth.

The cruise was one of our girls trips: 3 generations! It was the best cruise we’ve taken and we have so many beautiful memories to treasure.

It was a great cruise overall and there was never a dull moment. We made memories that will last a lifetime.

Had good time because my family was with us. Otherwise not emnough things to do while at sea. Need more shows

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience aboard the Norwegian Escape and look forward to our next cruise! Don't trust 's promise for OBC as it will not show up! I filled out the OBC credit application (yes, you must submit an application for the credit that is advertised) and received confirmation over 60 days prior to sailing. I then called prior to the 21 day cut-off and was assured the credit would appear 7 days prior to sailing. When it did not show up, I called who stated it would be credited 24 hours prior to sailing. I called again when it did not show up and was told it would show up when I boarded. Onboard, the crew stated accounts would show OBC the next day. Once out to sea, it is extremely challenging to reach and I used 96 minutes of my 250 "free" minutes trying to contact who told me to write a letter after the cruise for reimbursement. I will personally never use to book a cruise ever again. I had printed all my confirmation correspondence and the ship's staff could see it should have been posted, but could not do anything about it since did not follow through with sending the OBC to them. I will be going directly through NCL in the future; besides, if the price ever drops, NCL makes it up to you by awarding OBC for the price difference that they actually have control over! We met other cruisers who experienced the same thing...it seems to be a strategy for to make it as difficult as possible to receive the OBC that lures you in to book through them!

Great overall trip! This is our fourth time on Escape and we would do it again!
