Okay, i'm not a winning person that nit picks on everything but seriously there are so many options and cruise ships out there so really do your homework. Save your money and do not give it to Norwegian. Very unorganized and seem to have no skills when dealing with people and situations. We spent a lot of money and it was not even close to being worth it but will they care if you enjoyed your trip, no they got there money. I will never cruise with them again. I hope someway they work to improve customer service and organizational skills. If you really want to enjoy your trip book it with another cruise line.

that part, the food was good and dining rooms was very nice.

most of the activities was cheesy and and the host on almost all was not good at all very unorganized on all things on the ship.

music was the same band at different stages so they got old fast. one show was great but the rest was very, very poor and on Norwegian the shows are free but you have to reserve your tickets more work for us when all we want to do is relax and go to a show. Very poor quality shows not impressed at all. Djs was very lame almost like no experience.

the waiters were kind but when you walked around the ship the crew wouldn't say hello or anything unless you spoke to them first. Most crew was not very helpful at all and some didn't know how to answer some questions.

DON'T find a better cruise line. We and tons of others was not happy at all. They are so unorgainzed with entering the ship and exciting the ship horrible not because of the carona virus. All they did is ask if you traveled to china in past 2 weeks.
island is beautiful but getting on the island was a joke. Taking a boat to shore was terrible. It took hour and half to get on the boat,20m ride there,30m to get off and returning back to the boat same situation. so look at all the time we wasted on that stop.
Looks like this was your first cruise. You should have done a little research. Shows could have been booked before you left. We thought Jacky was a very good cruise director. Maybe a cruise on a smaller ship would be better for you if you ever cruise again
