This was our third Norwegian cruise and the food was even better this time than on the other 2 cruises we took. Good job Norwegian!

The staff and service were both great. Whenever there was an issue, the staff was quick to respond and when necessary, rectify the situation. For us, there were no major issues but we did have a few small issues and/or changes that we required help with and we were never disappointed!
Ship Quality

Although the ship is huge and somewhat hard to navigate in the first few hours, I'm happy to say that once you got a feel for the layout and figured out one end from the other, it was quite easy to get around and locate what you were looking for.
The ship was always clean, it was normal to see staff cleaning and straightening up at all hours of the day and night.
Cabin / Stateroom

We were a family of 4 and were concerned that our room would not be large enough for all of us. We soon learned that we had no reason to worry. Once we all unpacked using the ample space available and stored our suitcases under the bed, there was plenty of room for all of us. We all enjoyed the balcony as well.
Lines were long and slow but even worse was the confusion and mismanagement of the airport transfer lines. It was so congested and out of control that we left the free transfer and got a taxi to the airport. It was a mess and there was no one there to help or monitor who got on what bus or where you needed to be.
