Review summary

We chose this cruise because of the positive experience we had last time on the Escape. Not even close to the service and food as last time. We travel as a group and everyone felt the same way.

The staff seemed to be confused quite a bit. The room steward did the minimum and waiters had no energy. They made a lot of mistakes

Ship Quality

We like the lay out of the Escape. That is why we sailed on the ship again.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was comfortable but it already is showing signs of wear and tear. Carpet and couch needs to be replaced and/or replaced.

Ship tip

The lay out is very nice and seems to spread out the crowd except for pool and common areas. That the service and food is average.

We did the snorkel off shore. You really will not see much. The island is nice and clean. It was very crowded as there was another ship there with ours.

Would have been excellent except they got my wife out of line to settle account. We were due a refund and told it would be credited to her credit card. That was not the case.

Sorry to read that your second cruising experience on the Escape did not equal your first. Kim and I had a great first time experience as you did on the Escape. We are hoping that your latest cruise on the Escape was a “fluke” because we are considering the Escape for an upcoming cruise. Thanks for sharing!
