There are family cabins available that I understand are roomier and have more storage. Maybe next time try 1 of those. Just a suggestion.

I was on th er Escape February of 2019. Lovely cabin, great cabin attendant, good food and friendly staff. I even had a short friendly chit chat with some of the bridge officers. Will go on Escape again. Loved it !!!

Care to explain??? What process??? If so disappointed why did you give so many stars?? Makes no sense..... also not sure what stateroom you were in that was too small for 4 people, but if you have ever taken any cruise on any ship you know the staterooms are all small unless you get a suite. We have gotten a second stateroom for our daughter since she was 13

Sorry you were disappointed, I don’t know how many cruises you have been on. As far as cabin being to small for 2 adults and 2 children if you have been on cruises you know how small the cabins are. Do your research.

It would be nice if there were more details as to where management failed and what process they failed in. You mentioned that the cabin was too small for two adults and two children, but that is the case with most cabins on all ships unless you get a large suite. As Far as debarkation issues, it’s usually best to do self debarkation and take your on the luggage. That way you will be one of the first groups off the ship, not be searching for your luggage and usually have a shorter line at customs.
